Leader of the Conservative Party of Ontario, John Tory, has proposed that should he be elected on October 10 as Premier, he would provide funding for faith-based schools. Mark Kennedy, Director of the Association Of Christian Schools International (ACSI) for Eastern Canada thinks that it would be a huge mistake to say yes to faith based government funding. Larry Lutgendorff, Director of Development at John Knox Christian School in Oakville, Ontario, has worked for years to make government funding of faith-based schools a reality and is looking forward to his school reaping the benefits.
