Special Guests

  • Joel Rosenberg — Bestselling Author of The Kremlin Conspiracy
The Kremlin Conspiracy, Joel Rosenberg’s latest political thriller, has become a bestselling book in its first week, securing the No. 6 spot on Publishers Weekly Hardcover Fiction list, No. 15 on The New York Times Hardcover Fiction list and No. 23 on USA Today’s Best-Selling Books list. The Kremlin Conspiracy is Rosenberg’s 15th book to achieve New York Times bestseller status; his novels and nonfiction books have sold nearly 5 million copies. This new book may be Rosenberg’s most entertaining book so far, stamping him as a worthy successor to the late masters of the geopolitical thriller, Tom Clancy and Vince Flynn. Beyond entertaining, as the world discusses Russian President Vladimir Putin’s possible order of a UK nerve agent attack and Russia’s cyber attack on the U.S. power grid, The Kremlin Conspiracy seems to be “ripped from tomorrow’s headlines.” During a March 15 interview with Rosenberg, TheBlaze Founder Glenn Beck said, “This book ... it’s like he wrote it last night.” Radio host Rush Limbaugh praised The Kremlin Conspiracy last week on air, saying, “It’s a superb novel. It’s an edge-of-the-chair, arms-tensed-up-as-you-read-this-thing, and it just came out, and it’s awesome.” Joel Rosenberg is a former aide to U.S. and Israeli political leaders, who derives his story lines and richly detailed plots from his personal conversations with world leaders and intelligence operatives. *Joel C. Rosenberg is a New York Times bestselling author of 13 novels and five nonfiction books, with nearly 5 million copies sold. He has been interviewed by, or written articles for, hundreds of media outlets and has been profiled by The New York Times, The Washington Times and The Jerusalem Post. He is also the founder and chairman of The Joshua Fund, a nonprofit educational and charitable organization to mobilize Christians to “bless Israel and her neighbors in the name of Jesus” with food, clothing, medical supplies and other humanitarian relief. A graduate of Syracuse University with a BFA in filmmaking, he also studied at Tel Aviv University. He and his wife Lynn are dual U.S.-Israeli citizens, and live with their sons in Israel.

  • CRAWLING BACK TO THE LIGHT — How does someone “come back” to God? (Like a certain Canadian radio host.)
Message From Drew: “Back in 2010, after 7 years of hosting Canada’s most listened to spiritual talk show, I “came out”. I admitted during an interview with Christian apologist Ravi Zacharias, that I was no longer convinced there was a God. Mostly because after 30 years of having a “personal relationship with Jesus Christ,” I realized that this God I was serving wasn’t actually all that “personal”. Going public as a doubter (not an atheist) and no longer considering myself part of the Evangelical tribe of certainty, I left. I left organized religion, left the church and left it up to God to reveal himself to me, through one of those tangible encounters I kept hearing so many in my tribe speak about. (You can read about my search for God at www.drewmarshall.ca/droogle) Because of some fractured relationships (me being the common denominator), 2017 ended up being the worst year of my life. So I’ve decided that since my way didn’t work, it’s time to crawl back to the Light. And I’ve decided to once again, do this publicly. As embarrassing as it is to admit personal & spiritual “failure”, my hope is that others experiencing similar frustrations, might learn something from my conversations with a few people who have had a profound impact on my life. I’m still not sure that there’s a God, but my life was better when I thought there was a God. So now what?” - Drew
