  • Mosab Hassan Yousef — Author of Son Of Hamas: A Gripping Account of Terror, Betrayal, Political Intrigue, and Unthinkable Choices
Mosab was born in Ramallah, in the West Bank in 1978. His father, Sheikh Hassan Yousef, is a founding leader of Hamas, internationally recognized as a terrorist organization and responsible for countless suicide bombings and other deadly attacks against Israel. Yousef was an integral part of the movement, for which he was imprisoned several times by the Shin Bet, the Israeli intelligence service. He withstood torture in prison only to discover Hamas was torturing its own people in a relentless search for collaborators. He began to question who his enemies really were — Israel? Hamas? America? After a chance encounter with a British tourist, Yousef started a six-year quest that jeopardized Hamas, endangered his family and threatened his life. He has since embraced the Christian faith and sought political asylum in America.

  • TODAY’S DROOGLE GUEST Delilah — Syndicated Radio Host
After seven seasons as host of Canada's most listened to spiritual talk show, Drew Marshall announced to his listeners that he is no longer convinced there's a God. As far as we know, this would be the first time a host on a Christian station has openly admitted to a crisis of faith - at least publicly - and kept their job! So we invite you to join Drew on his search for an encounter with God.

DROOGLE: Drew's Search For God: From now until our Christmas show on December 18, 2010 Drew will speak to a variety of prominent people during each show, ask them why they believe in God, and if they've ever had a legitimate personal encounter with Him. We'll even ask a few prominent atheist/agnostic guests why they don't believe there’s a God. Basically, we'll ask each of our DROOGLE guests to attempt to "talk him off the ledge!" Either to jump - or to climb back inside his faith. Our "God Guests" will include celebrities, apologists, theologians, and authors. Bottom line - Drew is asking for an "encounter" with God for Christmas! Click here to read more: www.drewmarshall.ca/droogle. www.delilah.com

*DROOGLE Bits – After each DROOGLE interview, Drew will share DROOGLE emails and Facebook comments from our listeners, and give an update on the ongoing TWEET ME OFF dialogue with Bruxy Cavey and Paul Young.

Need Help or Advice On An Issue In Your Life?
Tell us your situation and Drew will ask the listeners of TDMS!

This week on The Counsel of Many: a young lady, seven months pregnant, has discovered that her fiancé is cheating on her and doesn’t want to get married anymore.
"I am hurting pretty badly right now. Five days ago I found out that my fiancé of four years had joined a swinger website and was talking to women behind my back. He did this once before to me a few years ago and it caused us to break up for seven months. I don't know what to do because I am now pregnant (seven months) with our daughter. We have a home together now. We were supposed to get married next year but I don't know now. Plus, when I talked to him about why he did this to me all he could say is he never got hit on in high school and never received compliments from women about how he looks, and he still doesn't. I asked him if I was enough, and he said yes, but apparently I am the only girl who has ever found him attractive. Which I know isn't true. He is a very good-looking guy. He also said he doesn't know about marrying me anymore since his parents got divorced three years ago and now his older brother, whom he is very close with, is getting a divorce this month. He said divorce is so prevalent that he doesn't want to risk it. He has fallen away from the Lord and his view of marriage has been destroyed by the world. I don't know what to do. I know I rebelled against the Lord when I had premarital sex. I guess this is my punishment. I am thinking I should just leave him and go live with my mom for a little while until I find my own place. It is going to be so hard with a baby coming but I will live with God's help. Any advice for me?"

  • Do you agree with a Pastor who is forcing his church leaders to delete their Facebook accounts due to couples re-igniting old flames?
A pastor plans to ask his congregation this Sunday to delete their Facebook accounts because a number of couples in his church have admitted to marital problems due to reconnecting with past lovers though the social networking site. As well, the pastor is forcing about 50 married church leaders to delete their Facebook accounts. Apparently, if they won't stop using Facebook, they'll have to resign.

  • TDMS Banter
The beginning and the end of the show is like any good sandwich. The stuff in the middle is what it's all about - The rest is just crust! Sometimes it's worth listening to. Sometimes - not so much.
